Singer, songwriter, producer and Grammy nominated artist Trey Lorenz has gained considerable popularity worldwide as backup singer for international superstar Mariah Carey, after his famed 1992 duet with her on MTV Unplugged where they performed the Jackson 5's "I'll Be There." Trey has continued to work with Mariah, providing vocals and co-writing for her smash hit The Emancipation of Mimi as well as her 2003 release Charmbracelet. He spent last summer on tour with her, performing a 3-song set as part of her setlist in The Aventures of Mimi Tour. His new gospel-soaked track MY EVERYTHING became a favorite among both fans and band members as he performed it around the country, eventually shooting the music video to the track at the concert in Anaheim, California. The video is scheduled to hit BET J this summer. |
