On June 7th, 2007, Trey attended the Fresh Air Fund Salute to American Heroes at Tavern on the Green in New York City. He joined other celebs like Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Jermaine Dupri, and Tikki Barber before heading off to the Louis Vuitton store to celebrate Kanye West's birthday.

Available from his latest CD Mimi Presents Trey Lorenz: Mr. Mista which was #1 on Billboard's Independent charts the week of its release, MY EVERYTHING has become an instant favorite among R&B and Gospel fans alike. Trey has gained considerable popularity worldwide as backup singer for international superstar MARIAH CAREY, after his famed 1992 duet with her on MTV UNPLUGGED where they performed the Jackson 5's I'LL BE THERE. Trey has continued to work with Mariah, providing vocals and co-writing for her smash hit THE EMANCIPATION OF MIMI as well as her 2003 release CHARMBRACELET. He spent last summer on tour with her, performing a 3-song set as part of her setlist in THE ADVENTURES OF MIMI TOUR – in fact, “My Everything” became a favorite among both fans and band members as he performed it around the country, eventually shooting the music video to the track at the concert in Anaheim, California.
